Arma 3 Blood Mod Showcase: Red Devil's Bloodlust

Deadman walking: Medicine and blood will not travel around the body if you have a tourniquet on. So you can inject a lethal dose of morphine (1-6) to a limb that has a tourniquet. This will not affect them until the tourniquet is removed, then they will pass out. (A lot of servers will ban you for this.)

As a player's blood level decreases, color saturation decreases proportionally. Complete saturation loss usually occurs around 4000 to 3000 blood. At this point a player will occasionally shake, and a player character's heartbeat may be heard by the player. Hearing becomes impaired as blood loss increases as well. At less than 3000 blood, a player will start to randomly fall Unconscious.

Bleeding needs to be stopped with a Bandage, or will cause the player to fall unconscious and eventually die. Bandaging is occasionally unnecessary, as bleeding will sometimes stop on its own. This effect appears to occur more often for lower levels of blood loss.

To regain blood a player can either Not get hit for some time, rest at a Tent, eat Meat or use Blood Bags. Although in the past 200 blood was re-gained by eating canned goods, This was removed in patch 1.8.1. This was replaced by Blood regenerating over time, at 1.5 blood every second unless the player is Sick.

As of 1.8.1, The blood bag System is now more like the Standalone's. Most players will have different blood types, and Giving them the wrong type may kill them. Blood type can be confirmed by the use of a Blood Test Kit.Players can now also put up to 4k of their own blood into Empty blood bags for use later or on other survivors.

When low on blood, it is recommended that a player retreat into the woods. While there are fewer zombies here, there are also animals that provide meat. As long as a player has the tools necessary to kill, gut, and cook the animal, a player can acquire a fair amount of food, and therefore, blood, without running the risk of going into residential areas. Animals are more commonly seen wandering fields, but may also be found along tree lines. To kill, gut, and cook an animal, a player will need:

If a player becomes too hungry or too thirsty, their blood will begin to drain at a rate of 20 units per second. This will continue until a player bleeds out and dies. The respective part of the HUD will provide a flashing red indicator if a player is dying of hunger or thirst.

Blood Channels are created by placing four Coagulated Blood into your crafting table with one redstone. They are a half slab-sized block of flowing blood that flows away from where you were when you placed them, but they will not spread beyond the one block that you placed them on. They can be picked back up and placed again, making them useful as conveyor belt-like blocks, allowing you to transport items, mobs, or players with ease, and without having to worry about water going all over the place when you take things apart.

This is exactly what it sounds like, a Bucket of Blood. You can get this by using a bucket on a tank containing at least one bucket's worth of blood, or by putting an empty bucket on a casting table and pouring blood over it. This can be placed and picked back up. It flows like regular water, flowing 7 blocks beyond the source block, and will flow into the first avalible hole or lower elivation. It is no harder to swim through than water, allowing for an asthetic use in places you need flowing water but don't want Blood Channels.

What happened: Suddenly my blood has started to slowly drain every time I log on. It starts at around 10700 and goes down to 9999 and stops. Bandaging, eating or even intentionally getting hit by zombies and then bandaging, does not stop the blood drain. Every time I eat something it slowly drops back down to 9999.

I have this problem too... I started losing blood after been hitted by a zombie. I use bandages and stop bleeding but blood is still going down. I hear no cough or splutter so I don't think I'm infected.

same problem, and it's not an infection as it stops at 9999 every time, the first time I noticed was after a Z attacked me & I got away, I killed a cow to cook/eat get my blood back up. After eating a few steaks, I noticed that the meat (which normally gives 800) was only boosting a few points.. like 2/4 & my blood started counting down slowly.

The Antibotics dnt work cause i got infected and everytime i find AB's and decide to take a break from the game and start back up. I begin to cough and slowly losing blood even after taking the AB's so its bugged and plus things are not saving.

I am having the same problem only that when i got infected (or i think i got infected) i was under 9999 blood so i keep losing blood i have let it drop to about 3900 but it still hasent stopped. What should i do? Because i dont want to constantly eat food or bloodbag 2ff7e9595c
